Hi there - first off, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your experience here at Alteryx. As I'm still in my first month at the company, my focus right now is on listening and learning, and your perspective - and those of all our colleagues - is top of mind for me right now. Although your feedback is difficult to read, I trust what you've written is how a couple of our departments - my own included - have shown up for you, or rather how we've missed your expectations. Please accept my apology for what sounds like some important work for us to do to address your concerns. Thanks for taking time to share your feedback, and for your more than decade of service to Alteryx. Our Colorado-based Engineering team are some of the very best - both technically - and in terms of how they show up to and for each other as colleagues. While building individual components of software can be a very focused activity, I'm glad to hear you feel like you're working alongside knowledgeable colleagues who are committed to continuous learning and growth. Thanks also for your feedback on the importance of transparency and equity when it comes to how we engage with each other as colleagues and leaders. When we were a much smaller company (and pre-public), I imagine it was far easier to feel the pulse of what was going on in the company...not to mention when we were able to work together in the office! As we continue to scale, we're focused squarely on maintaining our focus on our core values, and continuing our culture of information sharing and collective accountability to each other.
