      Great startup culture. Opportunity to learn and grow cool technologies like NLP, Data science, DevOps.

      Cons

      Had to leg go brilliant Engineers and Managers while it probably was needed to hold on to them to continue the journey to build an even better product.

      Good company, poor UK sales management

      The product is great and AYX do their best to create an inclusive culture (as much as Americans in the UK can!)

      Cons

      Sales management in UK was going through lots of changes and lacked authority.

      Perfect place to grow and flourish

      Pros

      Very flexible hybrid working, good work from home allowance, good managers and team members, excellent working culture and the company continues to grow and evolve.

      I'm unable to think of any.
