      Pros

      Good leadership and strong market opportunity. Focused on employee experience. A week of shutdown. Monthly reflection days with no internal meetings to help create time for thinking. Building the right culture.

      Cons

      The company has been going through change. They have a plan, but it is hard for everyone to change at the same time, so there is need to keep checking if everyone is moving forward together.

      Great place to grow with great people around. I appreciate the opportunity working here. Everyone is so welcoming and excited to all the hires. Love the expectations towards each other and I would like to meet that expectations too!
