      Changing direction to follow new trends

      Pros

      Great team to work with and products to work on. Plenty of benefits, making Alteryx one of the best in the area. Recent changes to adjust to upcoming market trends are rapid but needed and most of them are handled in the right way.

      Cons

      Management and decision making is mostly done in the US, which makes some initiatives harder. Management is sometimes not fully aligned across engineering departments causing work duplication or inability to help each other.
