The company has gone through a transformation but is in a better place now. The team in Singapore is solid from the reps, SEs, support engineers, marketing, and management. The exec team in the US is making smart moves and the product is growing in the right direction.

Cons

Through the transformation there has been employee attrition, which made it difficult for some existing employees and created distractions in the company.

Some growing pains but great senior leaders have been hired across the HR team and I’m excited to see what they will achieve over the next 6 months
