- Lack of transparency in the workplace - Poor employee promotion/retention plan - Meritocracy is not used for promotions - Some professionals are underappreciated and undervalued, while low performers are highly recognized - Difficulties in finding meaning in the work

Alteryx is on the cusp of breaking into analytics space as a major player / stable

Pros

New shake up in leadership past 2 years has been good. Picked up VP of Product from Adobe and have a great analytic platform. Company is going places and pay is great.

Cons

All remote. Offices are slim so have to be on top of it to retain connections for promotions.

Could be a great company, but they are lost

Compensation, really cool team, office is great, great product

Cons

Leadership is a mess, they hired people from huge organizations thinking they would bring knowledge but they just dont understand how to grow a company. SC's are not always trained so your forced to work with partners. Support is less than satisfactory. Customer Success is only for the large customers, so be prepared to be their AE/AM/CSM/SC all in one. If your not in Strat do not expect much support on deals
