      Pros

      Great products and services. Standard benefits for a tech company.

      Cons

      Sales is about driving revenue, but there is a massive amount of administrative work required that keeps you away from building pipeline, developing relationships and actually making sales. Some upper sales leadership does not care about their people, can be hostile and manage by fear and intimidation. Greed to grow no matter what is the mantra. If you are used to selling on price and can “stomach” the environment, you can make great money.

      Great product, need to revamp culture

      -Product is superb and has a strong PMF -People are amazing to work with -

      Cons

      -Leadership turnover caused a corrosion in culture -Lots of great team members left which set the company back

Last year, like most companies, we did lose some folks, but we also brought in a lot of great people and, the good news is, we're seeing less turnover every month.       Good benefits (PTO, VTO, Healthcare, etc)

      Cons

      Leadership team turns a blind eye when certain issues arise. They don't do well when it comes to hard conversations.
