Pros

-Growing company, dynamic, keeps things interesting -Generous equity grants (RSU's), perks, benefits (employee health premiums paid, not dependents though) -Very successful product, not worried about future of company

Cons

-Some small, private company practices linger, hindering some more "professional" operations of more established companies -Lots of hierarchy

I agree that our benefits are very competitive and ensure that we're taking care of our people. I also agree with you that our products are "must have" for our customers, as they're critical to how they run their businesses and serve their customers, constituents and stakeholders. And while we've made some great strides as we've scaled the business, I agree that we still have work to do in terms of internal operations in a few key areas. Across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Strategy, Alliances, Sales and G and A, we're aligning on where to make the right investments to remove operational friction and enable our associates to do the best work of their careers in a productive and supportive environment. Among all the roles at an enterprise software company, yours is among the most challenging - and rewarding - as you work with our customers (both current and prospective!) every day. I agree that we have a top-notch leadership team, and we've created a sales culture not only of success, but of teamwork, mutual support and collaboration. Thanks also for your feedback on the quotas and goals - needless to say, we're continuously refining the way we build territories and set quotas for our go to market team. We are focused on ensuring they're constructed in a way that is both mindful of the market (especially as it shifts) and of the ability for our sales team to succeed and achieve on a personal and professional level. Pros

Fantastic benefits with awesome people! Left and extremely toxic culture to come here and it’s an incredible relief to work with people who just want to work hard and do what’s right. Awesome work/life balance! Work hard/play hard culture, especially in the enterprise Apps Department. We have a ton to accomplish, but we also have tons of happy hours and opportunities to meet with the Leaders and express what we need.

In the companies I've had the fortune to serve in my career, the Enterprise Apps team is one of the ones most critical to the ease of the employee experience, so I place a lot of importance on the support that we in HR provide your team. I'm so glad that you're experience here to date has been a good one.
