      Have a good team members Good office set up

      Very worse managers . They tend to support only one person. Sympathy works so well here. They will also have that one person to whom they wish to grow and the rest to suffer so bad. The bad is they will wish to Even promote them and guide them the next steps but not the actual team . Demotivate teams works. Leaders are not so good. If u see women leaders everyone will have so many promotes to be a leaders in just 2 years as leaders but men will become leaders in late 40's . Women are actually work with sympathy and they really don't know anything. Especially there is one person name useless leader she is .

      Since it’s a staffing company they don’t care once employee get deployed to a client.worst management at all levels.HR department is the worst of all.No minimum etiquette’s no professionalism at all.They literally back bite about all the employees including managers

      Staffing firm rather than a software company

      Pros

      Company HR policies and Employee benefits are good.

      Cons

      One your work gets over with a client, it becomes very difficult for them to place with another client. Their placement cell is not good. You have to go through so many rounds of interviews again, just like you give outside the company. The titles they give are useless, actually you are more like an individual contributor with the clients.
