      Never Join this company for money, They only does Marketting,

      Cons

      Its hell if you're out of project Its not growing in terms of headcount and no of projects Its unable to map people who have great experience in latest techology as well TA folks doesnt reply once you're in bench. No portal where you can apply jobs. They will ask force resign and drop paper.

      - Employee friendly - WFH facilities - No micro management

      Cons

      - In Altimetrik, currently is more focussed towards the billing of the employees rather than the need of the employees to perform better - High level management don't bother giving response - Organizational hierarchy for an employee changes like the Bangalore weather - No onsite opportunities
