      Lay-offs due to bad management. They say “employee first” but it’s not true at all, there is people leading the projects that do not perform as they should and when it comes to no deliverables they will point at the developers. No matter all the team has pointed out the problem, they will not remove that people and leave the team to struggle with them as long as they bill the entire team. Work life balance is awful due to people leading the team making you work up to 3am with no time off compensation, and if you deny to do it, it will become worse treatment for you. So sad they will give you anything to work for them but once you are hired you, it will become a nightmare.

      There is no pros about it.

      Cons

      Delayed the onboarding for 6 months and still no response from the company and HRs. Total fraud. Beware of these fraudsters. They can inspire politicians in making false promises, totally picasso of it. I completely wasted my career by trusting them.

      table dans will be provided when AC don’t work. salary provided on time provides break between continuous 10 hr meeting calls lunch time is of 30 mins managers and their higher managers comes every time for asking reasons of small small things.

      Cons

      Unprofessional people are on every level. nobody listens what you say. better ideas are ignored because it is better and it hurts your seniors ego. no job security because bench system is not there. very short term projects. and less projects minutely tracking each project is irritating some times. will force you to leve company if project is going to over less increments. less hikes after joining starting package is just a trap policies are worst even you cannot reach some easily to solve any problem going to client location are worst part every level has micromanagement
