      Pros

      No work life balance, No time management, no process define. Hr and manager work for query. continue work no lunch time.

      Cons

      No lunch time, continue work, they dont give ans of your query(manager,hr) no process define, no work define. 1 month you will do one work and next month they give your another work which will not relate to each other, dont join, I join because of good review i dont know how they get 4.3 review.

      Provides latest technology in all the projects. Provides good salary

      Communication gaps between employee and HR. Not able to reach out HR to discuss about personal and organisational problems

      i had very bad experience

      Nothing pros in company .

      Cons

      They release the offer letter with early date of joining saying they will revise the offer letter . even if notice period and other thing is already communicate with HR . till the date of join they had not send revised offer letter and not even reply over call and mail , they simple didn't have basic etiquette, how will some company will consider any candidate's career so casually. They is no negative marking or else i will provide that also
