      Growing company but useless managers

      Pros

      Good clients Higher management has a good vision

      Cons

      1.People managers are more un-professional. They don't know how to manage experienced people. So much micro management. They are asking people to do hard work rather than doing soft work. According the managers, people who stretch their working hours gets good appraisal ratings. 2. Need more professionalism from the HR team. 3. One of the pathetic IT department people i have ever seen. 4. Work culture is very bad.

      Flexible management. Very open culture and even the highest level of management interacts frequently Hired great talents to work with and learn

      Cons

      Food options are horrible. Al the processes are not streamlined and are getting into shape slowly. You need to pay for your default medical insurance unlike other companies

      Nothing to Say. We cannot work in our technology. While hiring they use to tell that we are going to work in our technology. But once u join you will be surprised with the work which is entirely not related to your technology
