Dear Employee, As always we are happy to receive feedback through internal U&I engagement forums / social media. Altimetrik is young and growing and we are continuously finding opportunities to better ourselves in every aspect, including any process issues you may have faced. Our best performing employees are appreciated through our Rewards & Recognition Program and we always encourage our People to take ownership of their work for a positive work experience. If you are facing issues with particular people in your department, please approach your respective PE Partner to seek a resolution.

Dear Employee, As always we are happy to receive feedback through internal U&I engagement forums / social media. Altimetrik is young and growing and we are continuously finding opportunities to better ourselves in every aspect, including any process issues you may have faced. We have an uncluttered compensation structure to ensure you have more cash in hand and we are open to salary negotiations at the time of our employment offer. Notice period in organizations are required to ensure there is seamless knowledge transfer to another existing resource / a new recruit. This will ensure there is little or no impact to the running of the projects/business. Altimetrik indeed has 90 days notice period and our records indicate that we have been flexible wherever possible. As regards full and final settlement, our records indicate that we are settling dues within 45-60 days from last working date and are continuously improving the timelines.
