      Managers are not responsible Might provide expected salary during joinig, But Dont expect hikes ... As they will give you the reason you are already being paid more and should not expect hikes

      Best employer I've experienced in my whole career

      Pros

      Best part with altimetrik is they will compensate you with the best package according far than the market standards and a well friendly organisation. Lot of best clients with cross technology projects. You get the best HR support and transparency in all categories. I can say altimetrik is good place to work with. Thanks to altimetrik for giving me this beautiful opportunity.

      Nothing coming to my mind

      Cons

      First company does Background check before the offer letter. HR will ask you 15 years company offer letters before Finalizing. They do not have odc projects, all are customer's contract role(Short Term). After project completion, no assurance you will be in practice deployment pool. No transparancy in hiring process, Some discussions will go on for months based on customer's confirmation
