Pros

Salary Hike Is Bit Less like 7 to 8%, You needs to be switch the job if you want higher package. but while joining time they will full fill all your expectations regarding salary no matter how much hike you are asking.

Cons

I've been with Altimetrik for around 2.5 years and have had a positive experience overall. The work environment is excellent, offering a good work-life balance. The company maintains strong connections with its clients, and you receive a lot of respect once you join a client. Altimetrik has professional and well-established clients, and the company is consistently expanding its client base. If you're on the bench, Altimetrik is proactive in scheduling weekly interview calls with clients. They provide a 2-month bench support period, and if the company sees potential in you, this support can be extended. Unlike some companies, Altimetrik generally does not remove employees lightly. In summary, Altimetrik is a stable company with good clients and competitive salaries. I would recommend it to others looking for a solid career in this field.

Dear Altimetrian, Thank you for taking the time out to write a comprehensive review. This is witness to your investment in the betterment of our company. We are glad to see such positive feedback from our employees. As you rightly pointed, as an Organization we have a strong support system to ensure that employees getting released find an alternate project. We also have mentors to support in employee's upskilling journey. Through these interventions, we have had several employees transition from one project to another successfully.

Pros

- Free Udemy business access for learning new technologies. - Fun activities and team events for team building like going to movies or fun activities like bowling, games, hiking etc. - Weekly knowledge-sharing sessions on various topics to enhance one's learning. - Supportive management and HR will try to listen and cater to your career aspirations e.g. one can switch from tester to developer or any other role based on their career interest after discussing with manager or HR and showcasing skillset. - People who enjoy learning new things might enjoy the challenge of learning about new projects and technologies given to them based on the project availability. - More suited for experienced candidates as at times projects can be complex and clients might require fast delivery thus experienced candidates can handle it more easily compared to freshers. - Good managers, team leads and team members who will support you in learning about projects and technology and good support in overall learning. - Good managers who will pay you a bonus for working on weekends or interview incentives or timely salary pay and a good hike based on performance and rapport with the manager. - Numerous projects and roles to choose from based on one's career aspirations or other needs like working from home etc.

Cons

- Frequent switches from project to project leading to a harder learning curve as we need to prepare for interviews to get selected for the project and learn about project requirements from the start for each new project. - Workload might be a lot based on the project assigned and it can be easy as well, entirely depends upon the project and client. - Might get tasks and assignments that might not be relevant to the skillset. - Based on the project requirement and client-specific needs new tools and technologies must be learnt on the go.
