      Hire and Fire

      they will give you salary as per your expectation

      Cons

      - they fire you as soon as you complete your project and you will not even get internal project calls, hardly 1 or 2 - short term project - no bench policy - client base is limited - join if you are ready to give interview every 6 month for project and be ready to get fired if you are in bench for more than 15 days

      A worst body shopping organization in the name of product development

      1- Work from home is the only pros that I can think of

      Cons

      1- Micro Management 2- No concept of Work life balance 3- You need to take interview even on weekends on Sundays as well 4- If you raise any concern with the higher management you need to start looking for the job 5- Manager have full right to harass even if someone is on medical leave they are expected to reply to the emails 6-
