      No job security- No Projects- Hire and Fire( Fire you less than 1 Year]

      No Pros , only cons They give High salary but you will get release with in 2 months from project , next day you will be waiting for other project interview but HR will call you to forcefully resign even if your performance is best in their project.

      Cons

      Hire Fire is trending How may Lay off you will do ? if you don't provide job security, then why are you playing with employees life by giving false assurance while taking interview, CEO of this company should take this issue seriously. Nobody Cares, all point of contacts are dead.
