      Toxic work culture

      Company is trying to adapt work culture from top MNC’s

      Cons

      No work life balance . No one is asking about empoyees concerns !! For recruiters Saturdays are also working ! They are forced to work on Saturday. Very toxic work atmosphere ! Seniors dont show any respect to juniors .

      Body shopping company, Good for marathon runners

      Pros

      Good management and travel opportunities for marathon runners, dieticians and fitness people. Proper contract to hire company. They only call or email you by month end to collect timesheet in MS Excel format. Otherwise they won't trouble you. This is not just a technology company. I prefer to call it as a fitness company. If you have experience in jogging and running you can become a manager or client partner in a very short span of time. No other shortcuts to get promoted. Awesome travel opportunities if you are engaged in fitness related activities. Even If you don't know what an IT project is, what programming languages are then you are a good fit for all senior management positions. I feel bad that some fitness enthusiasts were overloaded and tired of frequent travelling. I heard them telling "I am bored of flying back and forth to client location. They are not allowing me to support from offshore. I am not interested at all but it's fate sometimes you know?" Consider conducting some rewards and recognition programs and other employee engagement programs for them. Gift them some iphone or ipad.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I joined here for technical role, no neither good pay nor any travel opportunities. No growth and No work life balance.

      1. Work culture not up to the global standard. 2. Lots of pressure to complete research task before the time line. 3. No work life balance as of now. 4. Each day we have to put more than 12 h work
