      Good pay with loads of work.

      Pros

      1- Good pay and good yearly hikes compared to other service based organizations. 2- Get to work on latest technologies, lots of learning. 3- Even if an employee is released from a project (happens quite often here), still there are other projects where the company will try to fit you in.

      Cons

      1- Altimetrik has a client first policy, where the client treats employees as slaves and Altimetrik does not have a say in that. 2- Overloaded with work. No / less work life balance.
