Here goes the list. 1. They can hire you by telling you any domain and assigned you in another unrelated domain. 2. There are very less and limited client they have and future offering from them is very limited. 3. Recently all top management has been changed. Top management has monopoly they are not allowing any good people to entering into decision making position. So, many good senior person left the organization. 4. Altimetrik is completely running on money earned by its CEO from other company. No potential growth I can see as a company. 5. Till the time you are in project you are safe. You will be treated nicely. But as soon as you are out of the project and you need to start counting your count down there. They can fire you anytime after completing 1 month on bench. They don't consider your past performance, designation etc. simply fire. 6. Internal politics is too much and kind of tamil dominent. (sorry to say but is very true for this company). 7. Till the time you are in project, HR's are best people in the world. The day you will come out from project you will be able to see what they are exactly. They treat people very roughly. 8. For your kind information this is a pure consultancy organization. It has nothing to do with any product or it has no product except few internal small one. 9. In short in Altimetrik you are treated as a money making machine. Till the time you are giving back money to company you are good, afterwards rest in piece. Strictly not recommended to any person who is looking for stable carrier or politics free environment.

Pune Altimetrik as such, I can’t ever say it’s an office. They working out of a Business Centre based in Business Bay, Yerwada, They have rented out 2 to 3 rooms for people to work. As most of the candidates are placed in Client location. They don’t have a proper office or project. They are incapable of getting a proper development or engineering projects, all are maintenance, enhancement project. Don’t even start about architecture, my god, they get projects which are complete crap with no proper design/architecture. The projects are worthless projects but these guy says as its one of the greatest project. Too much of politics among the Delivery team, as they have only one projects here. They beat-up the developers and Squeeze their life and time to get their commitment done but in the end you have start all over again. More than 50% of the employees have already left. Worst management and Company over all. Never Join Altimetrik a complete Body shopping company with cheap mentality and worst treatment of Employees
