      Pros

      Nothing as pros - All is big lie, Cheap mentality Management and Senior people. It's a 100% Third rated consulting body shop - No culture, No hierarchy, No Professionalism, No Growth, No Ethics, No Morale and Big attitude and Egoistic bosses

      Cons

      1. Full of Politics 2. No Decent respect to employees 3. They hired for one skill and asked me to work on another which is a legacy technology After 3 months they asked me to relocate to Bangalore, as they had only 2 projects with 200 head counts. 4. After 2 more months they asked me to move to Pune. This is my life in 8 months working with Altimetrik, NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE, NO CONCERN ON EMPLOYEE'S LIFE AND FUTURE, Very Cheap Attitude of Managers and Senior Management. One will 100% regret after joining this company.

      Pathetic, False Promises

      Good CTC, Learning opportunities, ideal for tech geeks who work on multiple programming languages and frameworks

      Cons

      In house projects creates MORE STRESS, they are projects with tight deadlines, Technically, no career growth if you don't have any references in Senior Management, you will always be a developer even after 14 years of total experience (and 6 years at Altimetrik) Travel opportunity? Pathetic. Don't believe any false promises. Promotion process is not transparent. Where you will see yourself after 5 years? Same place, same Stressful work, with minimal hike. They will treat you like and how we treat our old mobile phones. When you ask for hike or on-site they will not say its not possible directly, instead they will ask you to wait for a month, quarter or year recursively. Until you fed up and find another job! I am now happy by opening up here, I saved few candidate's career with similar aspirations as me. Yeah at least 10% of its employees switch job every month. (Yeah you read it right Every month Approx 300 out of 3000 walks out and with lot of aspirations another 300 walks in happily!
