      Pros

      HR policy is better than peers, good leave policies ,Hybrid work culture and some client projects are fully remote.

      Cons

      Altimerik is more of a body shopping company than a Digital Technology firm(which they claim), they don't have multi year projects nor quality work and the employees would have to deal with frequent project changes & most of the projects are operations and support related activities , you will lose your technical skills and end up being irrelevant in the competent job market. Primarily you will be using XLS and PPTs for showcasing creating reports, blogs etc. Leadership - most of the middle managers and leaders are non-technical and indulge in micromanagement ,favoritism & they hardly care about the future growth and well being of the employees. Job security is a joke. They treat employees as disposable assets, ready to be discarded at a moment's notice.(once you are non-billable) They strongly believe in a Hire and Fire culture, resorting to fake PIPs without reason, pushing employees to quit. Recently the company has sold its 60% stake to TPG finance which might lead to more lay-offs like it happens after a takeover. Not Advisable for experienced IT professionals looking for Technical learning Freshers can join to get a head start for their career. Advise - Join only if you have no other options , but make sure to leave as soon as you get better opportunities.

      Only Prons in this company are 1. Interview Rounds - Good Questions during interview ! 2. They will ask you to leave company before firing you :) or else you have to wait for 2 months to get you fired ! so that you can get the 2 months Basic salary 3. Good CEO

      Cons

      1. This company is purely like consultancy ! 2. once you are not being billed or out of the client place , they will fire you ! 3. They don't have any concerns about the employees who work for company ,Please do not Join this company until and unless you have faith in yourself to get the job as soon as this company fires you .

      No work life balance,Poor hr managers negotiate for 10k ,20k (my experience with one Hr head) no professionalism. During Hr discussion he is talking about altimetrik as Worlds no 1 company but cheap in negotiating.for 25k. After joining I regret even if thy would have given 1 lac I should have thought twice before joining. Now iam iam in job search in a yes time.No job security.
