Pros
-Good Package, -No learning, -no work, -no timesheet, -no time punctuality, -no policy, -coffee machine, -biscuits, -free WiFi, -no work culture... you won't find all this together in one organisation.
Cons
They have recently started in Pune on one hope that they get projects from one major US client and they got it also with the help of internal setting. In the name of project they have hired so many techies on high salary and deployed in client location blindly whether you have knowledge or not. Now that setting is no more with that client and client has already started sending their workforce back to altimetrik and only 10% who are left having no work. Those are having good knowledge has got other opportunity and those are left are way in finding new ones. But still there are some garbage in the organisation who thinks that client consume them on one fine day. Working with that client was such a bad experience since their managers are far away from technical aspect and expert in playing blaming games and politics within team. You won't believe they used to beg employees to attend meetings to save them from any technical questions.But US client team is awesome and very technical. So pleople are left in altimetrik whether they could be unlucky or garbage. And if you think reading 1 line comment with 5star is really help you then I cannot stop you to join this organisation. Finally, I would say there is no point of onboarding in sinking ship instead wait longer for other opportunities and last they have very small projects and that is the reason altimetrik won't bother when someone put paper because they know that they can easily find such workforce who is having less salary and can be easily targeted by offering good package. Note: They have only one major client and rest all are rumours.
