Unfortunately, lacks strategy on Technology & Business. 5. Hire & Fire is the normal theme of the company since 2017. 6. This company is following the culture of infusing the fear & operate with subtlety which might wear you out. 7. Purely company has transformed into staffing company. 8. Customer engagement is so poor.

1. You will be needed as long as you are employed by a client or by grace of god and your hardwork get converted !! When the client has other plans you will be treated like cattle. 2. Doesn't know how to value both the Clients/Consultants. 3. Has a group of people who sit at the top who love people to suck up to them. Good people are rare. Many within the team feel envious when a better job offer comes up. 4. There is no one to match skillset with job. 5. Don't stick with employees when the times are tough. 6. Will try to force you, bully you or speak harshly so that you retreat. The manager line is more like a list of rowdies ready to pounce on you when you have time. 7. Don't believe a word they say when they promise something. They might renege. Work harder so that you don't get stuck in companies like Altimetrik. Wait for a month without employment if you have to. Take up the job if salary only is the criterion.
