One you get any offer clearly ask will their be any interviews bcoz once you are in you can't have any rights to ask question or even raise questions. You have to do wat thy say else resign and go. No respect for employeesbonce they join .Ppl working in client location are lucky tillbthyvare out of project. Once u are out no one will take care of you or else thy will put you in an irrelevant project. Example a developer in testing project or will ask you to relocate. ultimately u will get frustrated and put papers and go. For which also thy will not leave u, you have to pay amount for reliving. Bvoz company is not asking u to go only you are going all this will be dealt. By a team called people experience team. Which is a useless team no common sense thy won't even hear to our queries jus like that thy will tell policy policy.I too understand but its for employees made for employees .wen iam in projects and a critical resource fine but wen iam in bench bcoZ u didnt allocated any den where comes the notice period and why I need to pay for it.If there comes any recommendation from top managers den all policy will vanish like magic.Full politics career is stagnanent.Not as a whole but Only few team manages are good.Got to know thy will got fired due to politics. Please don't share your documents neither do their BGV with IT department. After clearing all the rounds , they take all my documents but did not reeponse. A total waste of my so many hours and energy and then they want immediate joiner.
