Pros
They given good food at the interview for very few and interview process is good with client process (i think money too)
Cons
1) Time Waste 2) Irresponsible team 3) OverAction guys in recruitment team Even i cleared all rounds of interview they still not released offer letter. Just they are holding everyone and conducting interviews to other guys on every weekend. They are simply eating client money. Instead of spending that money on interviews for other low package persons u can use it on already selected talented guys. *They are not giving access to food even after 1:30 PM and saying due to limited meals show your proof or interview status. really waste management. And they are asking for proof to eat food. Worst Situation. Stopping an employee before taking food is your manners????? my friend took food plate at 2 PM and they stopped, really ----.
