      Honestly nothing. It's a job. There are no other pros it just depends on where you are.

      Cons

      Leadership is inexperienced and only seeks to fire as they have no leadership skills. Lots of threatening. Long hours.

      1. Excellent work life balance 2. Accessibility to leadership 3. Ability to learn and grow in Technology 4. Nice and selected clients 5. Good visibility - You can get spotted for your good work easily 6. Flat Organization structure 7. Simple processes across the organization 8. Ideal for those who wish to make their career in Technology 9. Ownership of individual's career progression 10. Performance driven organization with good KRAs 11. Cash Positive and Nimble Organization - So no unplanned attrition 12. Above than average Market rates paymasters Do not go by review of Disgruntled non-performers reviews. Talk to current employees and ex-employees and make an informed decision

      Altimetrik has low tolerance for non performers. You need to keep retooling your tech basket Expect to quick to adapt to change and at times be ready take roles or opportunities that are outside your comfort zone

      Flexi timings, in time salary

      Cons

      No job security, bad management policies, no value to employee, no good inhouse projects, can be fired anytime, high politics, only safe till employee is billed, many bad managers who talk sweet but act harsh, better to keep an alternate job offer in hand always as job is very much unsecured
