the environment, the people, the management are good. There are work pressure at time can be managable

Cons

there is no job security in this company. if there is no project they will ask you to quit. they have very few clients like BNYM , Paypal etc.. Think before joining if your technology has scope in this company

I don't even know where to start The only good thing is they give you good package but treat employees like slaves They don't even give respect to you if you are fresher and they don't give you joining and asks you to wait for long time even after waiting they won't give you joining they will create a situation that you will neither get joining from them nor revoke offer they will say just wait patiently untill you die or go for other offer It's like you will get offer but not joining Note:This is only for fresher that too for NCG
