      On time salary, benefits, udemy etc

      Cons

      No career growth. no real work in the project. Mostly you will be shipped to client location projects where you'll be filling excel sheets and doing manual testing.

      Pros

      Great welcome we all got! Felt like really awesome company got goodies and all fixed salary and initial experience was undoubtedly great!!

      Cons

      Here come the catch. 1)They always talk sweet for ex they shares these many people joining etc. But never disclose how many people are leaving 2) current news is we just finished a sweet talk and found atleast 10 people I'd are not there within 2 -3 days when I contacted them got to know all of them rudely fired.. 3) They cleaned support staff with 1-2 days notice and engineers on bench also were not lucky! 4) They dont have any policy actually if they get heat from PayPal they would remove all cost.. meaning they are not diversified enough. 5) cmmi 3 level company. it will take time to grow. 6) quality of work in most of the proj is so poor

      1.they will assign one project and client will say no to you on the 1st discussion 2.useless people at higher management in pune. 3.IT team will cheat you if system stop working dur to small glitches like screen breakdown without your mistake...they will charge you and will get it done free in warranty in short chor log

      Cons

      Addition to above pros. They have limited project. People with no brain are leading team becuase their boss is their ex colleague in past org. If you resign they don't even formally speak to you such a non sense guys sitting in top
