The big boss of this company doesn't observe the performance of the employees and fires them without reason.

I really liked my job, it's quite routine but it's good if you know how to adapt.

Cons

The employees with the longest service harass the new one until they drive you crazy so that you'll leave if they don't like you, and the big boss isn't impartial and finds out what's really going on in the company and simply fires you.
