Cons

Low pay for location Raises are.pretty much non existent .25 a year Mandatory overtime, long 13 hour days Mandatory weekends They push OT to the limit making you work 13 days in a row Place is noisy Operators room is noisy and air quality feels pretty toxic Management pushes you to the limit specially at the end of the month Spanish is a must 99% of the company speaks Spanish, some only speak Spanish Very small employee parking No inhouse HR Hard to get a hold of HR when needed They charged our operating hours to accommodate new employees after decades of work They make machine operators do trailer loading jobs
