A few solid, caring, and competent players (mid-level and below)

Cons

Leadership is disconnected and incapable of solving for the real issues that are driving unacceptable safety, quality and productivity. Lots of talk but no meaningful action. No onboarding or consistent training for new employees. Only the unicorns can succeed because there is no formal support for new employees, both hourly and salaried. If documentation exists it is either so buried it’s not accessible or it’s outdated with CCC company name and information. No structure, accountability or general leadership competence. Guiding principles are not truly applied, they’re a facade. Favoritism runs rampant.

Company is a manufacturing company which creates consistent revenue and business stability for employees

Cons

Culture is rigid and inflexible, with noticeable favoritism. Recognition often goes to “yes-men” rather than those demonstrating real skill, competence, or independent thinking. The so-called hybrid model is effectively four days in office and one day remote. Be cautious of micromanagement, favoritism, and limited meaningful support from leadership. The company frequently talks about change management and innovation, but in practice is very resistant to change
