Great place to work

Pros

The people you work with are great and everyone works together. You manager your project as you see fit as long as it is on time and at or under budget

Cons

Lack of people and talent at the plant level.

Run!

Pros

Decent pay and good people at the plant level

Cons

Everything! No autonomy, messed up budget that you are expected to follow even though you don't agree on it. Impossible goals and MAJOR disconnect between senior leadership. Just look at how many openings there are and you'll see. Most of the PM roles turn over in a year or less. Many plants get a new one every 9months to a year. No support and nobody listens but you will be put through a grinder day in and day out. If you're smart, you will run. They have not chanhed and will not. White men and littler diversity.
