Benefits are okay. Some people you work with are good.

Cons

Management is backwards and doesn’t know how to make good decisions. They hire people that aren’t needed when they have good people they could promote from within.

- Lots of opportunity to make a difference (wear many hats) - Growing company; positive change (recent acquisition) - Excellent leadership team (CEO is great and very personable) -Really like my boss (gives good feedback often) - No politics or bureaucracy low drama (I can get things done quickly) - Really nice people to work with; I feel respected, listened to - Good work life balance - Change - they are making lots of changes to improve including a new corporate headquarters with good amenities. - I'm excited to see where things go in the future.

Cons

The current headquarters is old and doesn't have a lot of amenities, but we are moving in July or August to a new office that's looks very good, modern.
