Pros

There is very little bureaucracy, which makes it easy to implement new ideas. There are lots of opportunities to wear different hats. Managers and peers are great to work with and genuinely want you to be successful. Senior leadership is very approachable. Good vision for the future of the company. Great location.

Cons

The corporate office lacks a real cafeteria. No place to really take a lunch break without leaving the office. Health benefits are not bad, but they are not as good as my last two employers.
