      Pros

      left you alone and expenses were taken care of in a full and timely manner. Support staff was overworked but helpful.

      Cons

      No direction at all as to where this company is going. Leadership is lacking and constantly changing. Can't be trust when they tell you something.

      Pros

      We've had a lot of training the last 2 years. I think everyone is on the same page. Plant Manager communicates our performance and projects and goals. More discipline and accountability for everyone. Working less hours and very few temps. Safety is #1.

      Cons

      Plant is too hot. Machines are running faster and we are working with less people. some employees still don't care, just want a paycheck.
