There is not much good to the company.

Cons

Terrible Management. Cannot keep up on building maintenance. Turnover rate it horrendous. Morale is extremely low. They will never promote you regardless of how hard you work you will always be asked to work above your pay grade and get nothing in return. They are a shady company as a whole.
