If management does not like you, there will be a target on your back. I watched the most qualified people who were producing top numbers be “let go” because their visions were no longer lined up with the company’s. How can the top regional sales manager who has produced the best numbers be let go? If you are looking to advance or work your way up at a company this is not the place to do so. I am a registered nurse and started here with the intention to become a sales rep and help fight against the opioid epidemic. Which is aligned with their vision. However when I interviewed for the promotion I did not hear back from anyone for over 2 weeks. I had to reach out multiple times, and when I did hear that I was not a good fit they told me I could communicate with them as to why I wasn’t and they would provide feedback on how to improve. When reaching out for this advice I never heard back. I was a current employer when all of this happened. That’s how they treated their employee. I am not bitter about not being promoted to sales rep, I am irritated that no feedback was provided and that I was basically told no promotion was possible.
