The workplace culture is positive and constructive; gossip and negativity are strongly discouraged. The cubicles are clean and brightly lit, the break rooms are fully supplied. Supervisors for the most part have an open door policy, and constructive criticism from employees is encouraged. The new COO and HR manager (as well as the rest of the C level officers) are genuinely interested in comments, suggestions and the happiness of their employees, as well as any ideas employees have for streamlining. The CEO of the company is hands on, and can be seen around the office more often than not. This company also genuinely cares about the welfare of the patients we serve, as well as defeating the opioid crisis we're facing as a country. We sometimes get to meet our patients and hear their stories, which serves to remind us why we do what we do, and why as employees we are valuable.
