Pros

I enjoyed submitting my resignation.

Cons

This company is absolute garbage. Not only is it engaged in unethical billing practices (price gouging and surprise billing), half of upper management is having inter-office affairs. For a company that boasts a hiring surge, you would think they would have an actual HR representative (they don't). The company takes advantage of the system and their people. They hold some accountable to outrageous standards and let others get away with doing nothing all day. The executive officers are spineless turds.

Thank you for writing a review about your experience at Zynex. Reading about former employee’s experiences help us gain an understanding of areas that need improvement. We wish that you felt comfortable coming to management to voice your concerns, give constructive feedback or receive clarification on certain business procedures. We want our employees to view their supervisors as a support system and if employees feel uncomfortable going to their supervisors for help, they also can turn to our HR department. We are working to iron out any inconsistencies among departments and procedures in hopes of finding the most efficient system soon. We acknowledge that there is always room for improvement and we are working tirelessly to do our best by our employees. We appreciate your review and wish you the best in your future career endeavors.

Pros

Great relationships formed with co-workers, feel as though you are contributing positively to patient’s lives

Cons

They promote those who have been with the company only a short time and do little for the loyal members of their staff, they manipulate their employees in the name of adaptability, most of their management seems backwards from what would be logical.

We appreciate the time you have taken to write a review of Zynex. It is great to hear that you created close bonds and friendships with co-workers during your time at Zynex. We wholeheartedly support the building of healthy, professional relationships among colleagues as these relationships help build morale as well as contribute to great collaboration within departments. As a fast growing company, we are succeeding because we have so many employees who are adaptive to the changes needed as we scale and assist more than double the patients we were assisting last year at this time. Promoting from within does occur quite often as many new positions are opening. When we identify someone with the right skill set, professional attitude, and see they can get results, promotion is often possible. Others may feel that “time” at the company should equate to promotion, but we actually keenly look for those who behave professionally, identify effective solutions to problems they see, and make aligned decision. Thank you for feedback and we wish you the best on your future career endeavors.

Pros

The company mission is the only appealing factor about this company. The benefits are okay too. Also a good learning experience on what kind of treatment you deserve from an employer.

Cons

I quit my current job and relocated for this position, only to be fired after 3 days. The representative refused to give me any information about why, but here's my honest review. Truthfully, I'm not quite sure that my manager even knew my name because he had so many people under him, and was regularly obtaining new training groups (the longest standing coworker I had near me had been there for 90 days). Per my nearby coworkers, you'll start by watching online video modules for roughly 4 weeks before actually working. Upon being assigned time to "shadow" another employee she said that she wasn't anticipating this and had no idea what to tell me. Additionally, the atmosphere is the severely micromanaged atmosphere (worst I've ever been involved in). There is an online clocking system, strict dress code, supervisors acting as hall monitors and forced lunch times. There are HIPAA violations every way you turn and the billing system is severely outdated and hardly usable. If none of that scares you, the high turnover rate should. They are regularly bringing in new training groups to "expand" but also because they can hardly keep and retain productive employees. During the onboarding process the trainers stressed the "necessity" of overtime, stating that you would have so much to do that you'd have no choice but to stay (anything over 2 hrs/week required approval or you wouldn't be paid). The job descriptions are very broad and not specific as to what you will actually be held responsible for. I applied for an account representative position and was given an entirely different job title on my first day. Good luck!

We thank you for the time you have taken to write a review about Zynex. Our mission and vision drive us each day to fight the opioid epidemic by offering patients effective, non-invasive, non-opioid pain management solutions. As one of the fastest growing companies in Colorado, we need to stay focused on ensuring employees are not only dedicated to fulfilling our mission and vision, but are adaptable as well as a good fit with the incredible pace we are moving. We appreciate your feedback and sincerely wish you well in your future career endeavors.
