Pros

I love working at Zynex. I have worked for many companies in many different fields - never have I met a CEO that cares so much about his staff. Good pay, amazing benefits, occasional bonuses, stock options, compensated volunteering, employee appreciation events.... Just a few of the things that makes Zynex so great. I am thankful to be employed here and am planning on staying a long time!

Cons

Some employees expect the world of an already extremely giving company...

Thank you for your review! It is common for previous employees to focus on the negative aspects of a workplace - we appreciate you pointing out some of the positive qualities of being employed at Zynex Medical. Our CEO is a dedicated company owner that does care greatly about the staff and it shows! We are currently in the process of compiling charities for future events/staff volunteer opportunities, so more charity involvement is coming soon. Thank you for your feedback. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make Zynex a more desirable place to work.

Pros

Your coworkers are fantastic and fun. They seem like they care and want you to succeed.

Cons

Management does not communicate. As you take the advice and do what they want you to do they change those requirements every other day so processes are none existant. If you are chronic ill you may be let go because you cannot fulfill expectations and they will let you go if you drop productivity by 1 percent. The CEO lives in a bubble. No one can talk to him about what really needs to be done because he wont listen. So glad to be out of there

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. We value the feedback. Both positive and negative reviews offer us great insight. We agree the employees here are fantastic, fun and care about each other as well as the company. The past 12-18 months we have focused heavily on improving the internal communication between management and staff. For some employees, improving communication results in them hearing something other than what they want to hear (e.g., you're a good employee but are not meeting some basic expectations in your department). The basic expectations have been consistent for well over 2 years and these are communicated regularly. What does change is that as we reach a goal, we set another in an effort to keep the positive momentum going. In terms of communication, we currently hold weekly meetings for several departments, many 1:1's with individual staff, monthly Supervisor meetings, monthly product training, and quarterly all staff meetings. The CEO also schedules weekly meetings with all Managers/Supervisors as well as meets with employees when requested. Like most companies, we strongly encourage staff to work with their immediate supervisors on any issues or questions to find a resolution. We have been extremely consistent in the messages provided to employees, and unfortunately still have had employees who are unwilling to follow basic company policies/processes. We encourage every employee to give their best efforts and when they do, their efforts are acknowledged and rewarded. It is difficult when staff leave or are asked to leave a company, as there often negative feelings. Though we prefer to work with individuals to resolve these, we also understand that we are in a period of time when many people use the internet to air their views. We do thank you for your feedback and will utilize this to continue to improve the environment for current Zynex employees. If it was best for you to have moved on, we are happy for you as well. We wish you all the best.

Pros

Good work environment when it comes to those who work around you. Company focuses a lot on employee moral and professionalism. Growth for the company is off the charts with a new corporate headquarters coming in the next few months. Officers of the company are down to earth and easy to talk to regarding concern on any sort.

Cons

With growth comes some minor growing pains. Altho this can be a con, the company is taking steps to minimize and eliminate any hardships that come with this.
