Pros

Pay is decent and schedule is flexible

Cons

RSL (regional sales lead) started with the company in a leadership role, never had boots on the ground as a territory manager so he did not understand the role that he was managing. Some territories are better than others. If you accept a territory manager position just hope and pray you get a decent territory.

By far, the majority of our Sales Leaders spent time as Territory Managers in our system. We agree that is the best training ground. With our growth and a competitive job market, that isn't always possible, but we do our absolute best to train our leaders and give them the support to be successful. If you're looking for a sales role, we'd love to hear from you!

Pros

If you are having budget issues, this is a great place to work. You get free breakfast and lunch. That’s about the only good thing I have to say.

Cons

Benefits are abysmal. It costs $600 a pay period to add a spouse to your insurance plan. I’ve never seen anything so ridiculous. Management is uninvolved and concerned only with numbers. Patients well-being is not at the forefront of their minds, and the NexWave device, their flagship device, is touted as a complete alternative to treatment instead of a supplement. The company doesn’t do preauthorizations for patients so there is a lot of convincing people to pay for stuff that their insurance may not cover. It feels slimy. They also push HARD for you to work overtime. They don’t appreciate or reward employees at all for doing the job they were hired to do and only reward people who work 50+ hours per week. I’m returning to working in a laboratory where I know doing someone some good.

Zynex Medical does not and will not coerce any individual to write a particular review on this site or any other, and overtime is always worked on a voluntary basis. In addition, Zynex offers a comprehensive benefits package that employees appreciate and take full advantage of. Our billing practices are 100% transparent, and we work with every patient to make sure they can afford our products. Those products, including the NexWave, are helping hundreds of thousands of people manage their pain, and we are extremely proud to be offering alternatives to pharmacological pain management that truly work! We sincerely hope you find the perfect job for you out there.
