Pros

A great job selling the company on the first day

Cons

- Terrible communication between managers and employees - No metric goals that can be measured and documented due to the need for ambiguity to add cover to releasing employees without warning or development - Terrible business model which relies on spamming insurance companies with bills in hope of payment to impress investors - Unreasonably bad training - Get everything in writing!! There will be an excuse why a raise, promotion or bonus will rarely happen - Due to the bad business model, penny pinching is happening more and more. No more/ heavily reduced perks …which was the only saving grace (ok breakfast and lunches), promised bonuses or yearly raises may come with being fired before that date to save money. - No open door policy - Requested us to sign NDA’s to not talk to the internal issues due to earnings call

Pros

I have absolutely nothing good to say about this company.

Cons

Zynex is a case study in what an unethical business looks like. In my tenure here I increased reimbursement by more than 200% in the billing depts that I worked. Their billing practices are more than questionable. My leadership never faced me and pushed my annual review back 3 months and told me I didnt have enough experience when I asked for a raise. . (I taught my manager how to use Excel) Through ad-hoc reporting I found over $400k in previously unrecognized revenue. I wrote multiple scripts and SOPs for a "new" role that I was hired for. All w/o direction from anyone. I hate myself for placing my morals to the side, thinking I could climb the corporate ladder. The company had no HR personel at the time I left. Working at Zynex you truly are just a #. I could go on forever....This company left a scar. Read through other reviews. Most of the good reviews are written by internal associates who have nothing better to do than make up emails and new accounts so they can save face.

Pros

The company itself has an amazing Mission that prioritizes the patient over insurance companies. Zynex does its best to keep employees happy by providing help in Mental Health, Physical Heath and very accepting to those striving for Spiritual Health. The company knows how important time is with Family and is accommodating with work hours and provides options to work overtime as well.

Cons

** Management. Management at this company became so poor and sad even after certain individuals became apart of the corporate team! It became clear that the managers that are being put into positions are only buddies and not ones that respect, help train, and support employees for better chances to retain people. *** They provide incentives to employees to submit reviews on Glassdoor, google, and many other review platforms so the company looks good. (Might I add that it is ILLEGAL to bribe or incentivize employees to provide great reviews per most review policy and the Department of Labor.) *** * The company went from being a positive environment to work to one of horrible energy with mundane zombies just strutting away as the job unfortunately because a “living just to work” instead “working to live”. * In my last three months, I was the person that made sure that everyone had a smile on their face and brought some fun culture and knickknacks to the team to promote a sense camaraderie and fun! Unfortunately, management has taken the cultural growth, imagination acceptance and excitement away in multiple ways including but not limited to, Amazing HR team that come up with exciting events that makes the employees want to be at work. I had 100% KPI and QA yet the (new) Work Comp Manager came in with animosity towards me; possibly because I saw her Tinder dating profile. (It’s 2024, everyone is online some way or another.) * The company went from having an amazing career path to advancement to a toxic environment of taking advantage of people because they need the money to afford a living. * The company does quarterly meetings and one of the statements that the CEO (amazing guy that became absent in the past year, letting senior management run the company poorly) and other corporate team members/senior management say is that the company are thankful to the employees on the front lines that work day in and day out; stating that they are the true reason for Zynex’s success, YET… after these auditable recorded meetings, they go back to making poor decisions that makes the employees on the front lines feel unmotivated to grown and succeed.
