      Pros

      Zynex used to be a great company to work for. Decent insurance, set schedule, paid holidays.

      Cons

      All this company cares about is getting gross billing by any means necessary. They say OT is optional, but they push it & if you don't do OT it'll be used against you when you ask for a raise. This company is also finding "billing loopholes" to charge medicaid patients. Zynex says it prompromotes a positive worm environment but there are a few members high enough up in the company that just talk behind everyone's backs.

      Pros

      If you are someone who is looking to break into medical sales this would be a great opportunity for you. I would suggest doing 1-2 years and then start looking for your next opportunity.

      Cons

      Here are some things that changed during my tenure: 1. Payment for orders changed. Medi/Medi is no longer payable and there is a heavy push for WC, TC, and Auto/Attorney cases. Depending on your territory this could be a good situation but no matter what Zynex expects you to hit the number given to you. 2. Zynex will promote based off of numbers instead of taking the time to see if that person has good leadership skills. If you are someone who is looking for opportunity of growth I wouldn’t recommend Zynex as a top choice. 3. Company is starting to make some organizational changes and I believe it’s because they are trying to grow way too fast. I believe this is a result of unrealistic quotas, unnecessary management positions, and constant turnover.
