Joined Altudo last year as a Sales associate and the journey since then has been amazing. Coming from a different work culture it was a completely new but 'happy' experience for me. Leave and work from home policies reflect the sense of empathy that company has. Altudo also has a transparent performance assessment policy wherein every month a performance report is generated by the respective superior which is shared with the employees on one to one basis, based on which deliberations are done for every individual’s improvement and career road map. From my individual role perspective they have set incentive plans/goals which are very realistic. To sum up IMO Altudo is a good organization to work with and I am happy with my decision to join this company.

I have been working with the company from last 3 years and let me embellish my experience during this tenure. Joined here as a Testing Associate and was delegated to a single project, I wasn’t expecting much of a growth at that moment but little did I know how transparent their lucid performance structure was going to be and how much it helped me paying for my hard work. I had never seen or even heard of a monthly base performance review structure until here in which they not only provide opportunities to the top rankers but work on improvement of the low score holders. Because of which I got a lot of exposure and learnings with on time appraisals. The best part is easily getting work from home benefit whenever possible. Support from peers and managers is colossal which makes it a stress free organisation.
