Pros
1) The culture first and foremost! When I say culture I mean the people you will be working with. Your peers are good, your mentors/ managers are very supportive. Everyone is nice, intelligent and a pleasure to work with. You will rarely find someone who is not open to helping others. My team personally was one of the best in the organisation, work wise and in terms of team spirit. 2) You get tons of hands-on experience with all different types of projects. 3) There's a flat communication hierarchy, so people at all levels are accessible to everyone. 4) The clients; they're well-known brands that provide really interesting project work.
Cons
I don't see any downside that is specific to Altudo that doesn't exist in any other tech company of this size and scale.
