Pros

As soon as I started speaking to the people here I noticed their passion was evident for the company, the values behind the product, and the product itself. This is a truly diverse, unique, and very special startup amongst the software sales landscape that Boston has recently become. The focus on the customers, the work/life balance, and general attitude of transparency and communication throughout the company is like nothing I have ever seen.

Cons

Crowded office, but we're moving.

Pros

I came to Alyce because I wanted to work for a small/growing company where I felt like what I was doing mattered, and I was able to contribute to the company's success on a daily basis. I hit the jackpot! Alyce is moving and growing quickly. Everyday is busy and a little chaotic as we work together through our growing pains, but this is a real team environment where I can stretch my skills. The leadership team is experienced, smart, and transparent. It's was a great move for me!

Cons

There's nothing at the core of the company that stinks. We've outgrown our office, but will be moving soon. The software is catching up to our backend processes, but that's being fixed too. I really have nothing negative to say...

Pros

We have four values that we talk about, hire on and reward our employees for exemplifying. Give First and Give Consistently; Unwrap the Possibilities (aka 10x your personal development); Be in the Present (aka GSD) and Be Crafty. The result of being so values-centric is that even though we have co-workers from different backgrounds we're united around a common set of principles. I haven't seen that at every company I've worked for and find it really refreshing. There's also a massive new market opportunity that Alyce is going after-- redefining the way that "traditional" outbound selling has been done by completely disrupting the direct mail and corporate gifting space. I think most people at the company have the feeling that we're about to really explode as the market is responding very positively to our software offering and early customers are raving fans! I also really like the sustainability and environmentally-friendly aspects of the company. I feel like we're doing good by doing well and bringing some much-needed smiles and good vibes to the B2B sales and marketing world!

Cons

The company is growing very quickly, so we're a bit tight on office space at the moment in Boston but we're moving into a really nice and roomy new digs in July-- I can't wait!
