Pros
This is the most fun I've ever had at work. Everyone is on the same mission, and going after the same goal. Marketing and sales teams love what we are bringing to market. More importantly, the recipients of the experience love the interaction with our product. It's refreshing working for a company that want's to help others be more human with their interactions. So many great leaders, and so much opportunity to learn.
Cons
Not a con, but Alyce is a very fast growing SaaS company, and with that comes change. You need to know that you want to be at that stage of a company where things move extremely quick.
