Pros

Fast paced. Get to put your thumb print on how things work. Supportive management with fun local team. Seems to care about employees. Good bonus structure and fair pay.

Cons

Can have several changes quickly which requires additional work but a good challenge. Health insurance is not as competitive. At times systems can be a little slow.
